Kasun Heshan

My name is Lekam Ralalage Kasun Heshan Thennakoon, and I am from Kandy, Sri Lanka. I am a hardworking, responsible, and friendly young individual who is highly motivated to build a successful career in Japan. I completed my education at Wijethunga National School and Wickramabahu Central College. Currently, I am working as a caregiver at Sanasuma Elder Home, where I have gained valuable experience in patient care, responsibility, teamwork, and communication. I have successfully passed the JFT Japanese Language Test, the Japanese Caregiving Evaluation Test, and the Caregiving Skills Evaluation Test. Through my Japanese language studies, I improved my practical communication skills by practicing daily conversations and vocabulary consistently. I am very interested in working in Japan because I admire Japanese culture, discipline, technology, and work ethics. I especially wish to improve my knowledge and skills in the caregiving field while contributing positively to society through my work. My strength is that I always communicate with a smile and maintain a positive attitude. I am dedicated to learning new things and adapting to new environments.
