Pathum Lakshan

I am writing to apply for a caregiver position in your organization. My name is Walimuni Pathum Lakshan Silva, and I am from Sri Lanka. I am a hardworking, responsible, and friendly person with experience in caregiving and a strong interest in working in Japan. I completed my education at Gurulugomee Maha Vidyalaya and have work experience as a caregiver at Lanka Hospital and St. Mary’s Nursing Home. Through these experiences, I learned how to care for elderly patients with kindness, patience, and responsibility. I have also studied Japanese for one year and successfully passed the JFT Basic Test, Caregiver Skill Evaluation Test, and Caregiver Japanese Language Evaluation Test. These qualifications helped me improve my communication skills and understanding of Japanese working culture. I am a cooperative person who can work well with others, and I always try to complete my duties carefully from beginning to end. I am physically healthy, quick to learn, and highly motivated to develop my caregiving skills further in Japan.
