Madushan

My name is Edirisinghe Arachchilage Lalinda Madushan, and I am from Gampaha, Sri Lanka. I am a hardworking, responsible, and motivated individual who is eager to work and build my future career in Japan. I completed my education at several schools in Sri Lanka, including Padmawathi Central College and Kalliyani Pradeepa Vidya Pirivana. I have gained valuable work experience by working at Stechline Pvt Ltd, Agiyo Pvt Ltd, and TBS International Pvt Ltd over the past several years. Through these experiences, I developed teamwork, discipline, and the ability to work responsibly in different environments. I have studied Japanese for nearly two years and successfully passed both the Japanese Caregiving Language Evaluation Test and the Caregiving Skills Evaluation Test. I enjoy learning Japanese, especially practicing conversations and improving communication skills every day. I am very interested in working in Japan because I admire Japan’s advanced caregiving system, high work standards, and disciplined culture. I believe working in Japan will help me improve my professional skills and gain valuable international experience. My strength is that I can work hard in any environment and always try my best to complete my responsibilities properly.
