Erandi Lanka

My name is Pathmasiri Liyanage Erandi Lanka Jayamini, and I am from Sri Lanka. I am a dedicated and hardworking individual with over four years of experience in the hospitality industry. Since April 2021, I have been working at Coral Beach Hotel, Galle, where I have gained valuable experience in guest services, customer care, and hotel operations. I completed my secondary education at Mapalagama Sirisunanda Navodya School and G/Rippon Girls' College. In addition, I successfully completed an NVQ Level 4 Information and Communication Technology Technician course at the Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka. I have a strong interest in languages and cultural exchange. I passed the Japanese Language NAT Test N5 and the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N5 and N4. Currently, I am working as a Japanese language teaching assistant, which has further improved my communication and intercultural skills. Throughout my career in hospitality, I have focused on providing excellent customer service and creating a comfortable and memorable experience for guests. I am a team player, responsible, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. I am also able to communicate in English and Sinhala and continue to study additional languages. My hobbies include traveling, walking, photography, and learning about different cultures and cuisines. These interests have helped me develop adaptability, observation skills, and a positive attitude toward new experiences. I am highly motivated to work in Japan, where I can contribute my hospitality experience, language skills, and strong work ethic while continuing to grow professionally.
